CANCELLATION POLICY

By making an appointent with me online, via message, or in person, you are agreeing to our cancelation policies. Please confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance. If we cannot get in touch with you, your appointment is subject to cancellation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48+ prior to your appointment to avoid being subject to cancelation fees: Less than 48 hours fee: 50% of services booked Same day or no show fee: 100% of services booked Major service changes less than 48 hours in advance will subject to 24 hour cancellation policy. If we have been trying to reach out your appointment for over a week with no response from you, your appointment is subject to cancellation in order to protect our schedule and be available for other clients. We understand that things happen, but if you are running late, please let us know ASAP so we can let you know if we need to reschedule or adjust your services. Extension services require 72 hour notice for changes. 50% cancellation fee applies for less than 72 hour changes, including complete removal when booked for move ups. Same day cancellations and no shows are subject to 100% fee. Deposits are non-refundable but will be credited to your service as long as you keep your appt or reschedule more than 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel an appointment you have paid a deposit for, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required. We always want you to be happy with your hair! We do not offer refunds, however if you’re not completely satisfied with your hair, please let us know within 3 days so we may find a resolution.
